Escrow funds will be held by the participating bank or its approved arrangement. Portal membership will not itself grant access to a financial service.
The planned B2B ecommerce service will help companies discover suppliers, showcase goods and negotiate commercial orders. Businesses can participate as buyers, sellers or both, with named staff and approved account permissions.
Create a storefront, publish specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times, and respond to quotation requests.
Search products, shortlist suppliers, compare quotations and agree price, currency, delivery and acceptance terms.
Eligible fixed-price products may support direct business checkout. Negotiated orders will follow a quotation-to-order process. The member workspace will keep order records and permitted documents together.
Eligible members will be able to request escrow account services from a participating bank. The bank will perform its own onboarding checks, confirm account and transaction eligibility, and hold and administer funds under its agreed escrow arrangement.
The portal will display bank-confirmed status. It will not hold customer funds or independently decide escrow releases. Supported accounts, routes, currencies, fees and limits depend on the bank. Membership and escrow approval are separate.
The portal plans to support organised business delegations in both directions, with sector priorities, participating firms’ objectives and relevant counterparts identified before travel.

No. A participating bank or financial provider will carry out its own checks and confirm availability, charges and terms. Membership will not automatically activate a bank account, escrow transaction or financing arrangement.
